15 Years of Impact
This year, Calcutta Connect is proud to celebrate 15 years of supporting education in India.
Since our inception in 2010, when we began by donating a small number of educational materials, our work has expanded to support over 1,000 students annually across three educational centres, in collaboration with our trusted local partner.
We’ve seen students grow from pre-schoolers into confident young adults, completing their education and building brighter futures for themselves and their families.
None of this would have been possible without the incredible generosity of our supporters.

100% of all funds donated go directly to the projects we support. All administration costs are met from separate funding which means all of your donation is used to make an impact.
Support Local Partners
We believe in working closely with local organisations and forming partnerships to maximise our impact. Through forming partnerships we can best understand, challenge and address the issues faced in underprivileged communities.
What Your Donation Will Do
- €5 – Provides a tailoring trainee with materials for one month
- €10 – Supplies a pre-school child with a uniform and stationery for one year
- €15 – Gives a pre-school student a nutritious daily meal for one year
- €21 – Supports a college student in their studies for one year
- €30 – Purchases 100 copy books for students in the centres we support
- €40 – Covers an older student’s admission fees, books, and stationery for one year
